Start with the essentials about SUPWM plans, monitoring, PCI workflows, reports and the role your team keeps.
01What is SUPWM?
SUPWM is Superior Web Monitoring, a division of Superior Payments LLC. The platform brings merchant intelligence, continuous monitoring, evidence governance and customer PCI workflows into one operating environment.
02Who is SUPWM designed for?
SUPWM is designed for acquiring banks, payment facilitators, ISOs, ISVs, gateways, marketplaces and payment-risk teams that need clearer evidence about the businesses behind transactions.
03Does SUPWM make the final merchant decision?
No. SUPWM organizes evidence and supports review workflows. Authorized customer teams remain responsible for underwriting, compliance, legal and final merchant decisions.
04What does Shopping Cart Monitor cover?
Basic, Plus and Pro levels monitor authorized ecommerce payment paths for script inventory and material changes. The workflow supports PCI DSS 6.4.3 and 11.6.1 operations, but monitoring alone does not establish PCI DSS compliance.
05Can customers complete and download a PCI SAQ?
The planned PCI SAQ workspace guides customers through the applicable self-assessment, preserves attestation history, produces a downloadable PDF and schedules the next annual review reminder.
06Are monthly and yearly plans available?
Yes. SUPWM plans are designed for monthly or yearly billing, with Shopping Cart Monitor available as an add-on or a standalone service.
07How does the 14-day trial work?
Eligible self-service plans include a 14-day trial. Reports created during the trial are visibly marked DEMO / TRIAL and should not be represented as paid-production deliverables.
08Does SUPWM store payment card numbers?
SUPWM uses a self-hosted checkout experience with tokenized fields supplied by the active payment gateway. Card numbers and security codes are not intended to enter or be stored in SUPWM systems.
09Can SUPWM connect to existing systems?
The platform direction includes APIs, webhooks and other governed integration methods for account, portfolio, workflow and report status. Availability depends on the applicable plan and implementation scope.
10Does SUPWM certify PCI compliance or carry card-network approval?
No. SUPWM does not claim to be a QSA, certify PCI DSS compliance or imply card-network approval. Customers should confirm requirements with their QSA, acquirer, counsel and relevant card-network materials.
11How can I discuss a specific use case?
Use the contact page or email sales@supwm.com. Please do not send merchant credentials, cardholder data or other sensitive information by email.
