Eligible SUPWM customers may place the badge on enrolled websites after monitoring is active and written display approval has been issued. Every issued badge links to a public, customer-specific status check.

The seal is valid and the named domain is within the current monitoring scope.

Attention required

Monitoring detected a condition that requires review; an active-status confirmation is not being shown.

Pending, suspended, expired or revoked

The seal does not currently confirm active monitoring and should not be relied upon as active.

What it means

The displayed website is enrolled in an active SUPWM monitoring service.

What it does not mean

It does not mean certification, legal compliance, product approval or card-network endorsement.

Display standard

Use is controlled, current and revocable.

  1. Active service required.The website must be within the customer’s contracted monitoring scope.
  2. Use the issued artwork.Do not recolor, redraw, crop or alter the wording.
  3. Keep the link intact.The seal must link to SUPWM’s explanation or the customer-specific status URL supplied at activation.
  4. Remove when instructed.Display permission ends when monitoring expires, is suspended or the website leaves scope.

Use the primary application logo for SUPWM-owned materials. Customer sites should use only the approved Monitoring Enabled badge and its verification link.

Implementation

Simple to place. Easy to identify.

Approved customers receive final placement instructions and, when applicable, a customer-specific status link. This example shows the standard asset format.

SUPWM does not currently represent the seal as a healthcare certification, regulatory approval, Mastercard endorsement, guarantee of merchant conduct or substitute for independent due diligence.
